The Days After Your Session

After Your QHHT session, what you do after your session is as important as preparing for it. Here are some things to keep in mind

 Try to have something to eat as soon as you can after your session, preferably before you start driving home. Eating something will ground you and and bring you back more fully into this reality.

 

Stretching, walking, and other movement will also help.

 

Take it easy for the rest of the day after your session if at all possible. You are still processing the energies that were shifted during the session and you may feel tired, groggy or slightly disoriented.

 

Take note of your thoughts and dreams for the next three days and nights. The connection to your Higher Self is still open during this time and you may ask questions and recieve answers directly.

 

Most importantly, listen to the recording of your session that will be provided. Listening reinforces the energy work that was done by your Higher Self and you my glean new information that was missed during the original session. For maximum benefit, it is essential that you listen to the recording several times.
